Base Effects (Acrylic)

A unique texturing material used to create finishes that range from old world plasters to very contemporary modern Metallic Effects polished plaster. The material can be easily polished to a high shine giving a flexible washable polished plaster effect. Apply it in a cross hatch pattern and then add the metallic wax on top to achieve our Metallic Effects appearance. Create fine textures and wash with our Powder Washes to achieve the Wash Effects appearance for that aged look or simply use the Base Effects with a stencil to create your own personal design. The material can also be cracked with our crackle system giving good controllable cracking. Drying times or open edges are not a concern when working with this material. The Base Effects material can be only limited by the imagination of the decorator.

Colours
White, Black, Red, Neutral/suitable for colouring with universal colourings

Supplied in
500ml, 2.5L, and 5L plastic buckets.

Application
Apply with spatulas, trowels, rollers, sponges or any specialist decorator's tool.

Coverage
2.5 - 5 msq per L depending on application.
